Returns “NO RIGHT TO REFUND BEYOND 30 DAYS. Because You will start receiving Nexus content/education/services/memberships immediately, You understand and agree that You will have no right to receive any refund for any reason or at any time beyond 30 days from the time of purchase, even if You cancel a subscription. You further understand and agree that if You should fail or refuse to avail Yourself of any content/education/services/memberships, You shall not be entitled to any refund beyond 30 days. If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a return by the end of the 30th day, you are required to complete the remaining timely payments of your payment plan. In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, contact our support team at Info@TechTree.Education. You must submit your request and completed homework before 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time on the 30th day following your purchase, and show us you actually did the work by submitting ALL your homework. We will review it and attempt to help correct the issue. If we cannot help solve the issue, we’ll issue you a prompt FULL return.
