Terms of Service

Kindly peruse these Terms of Service (“Terms”) meticulously prior to using the Nexus platform (the “Service”), a property of GSD LLC, operated in collaboration with TechTree FZCO. Your use and access to the Service hinges on your agreement and adherence to these Terms. By employing or accessing the Service, you consent to be governed by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under the age of 13, you may not use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you must have the permission of a parent or guardian to access and use the Service.

2. Accounts

When you create an account on the Service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for any activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account.

3. Content

All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and other materials, is the property of GSD LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any content on the Service, except as permitted by these Terms or with the prior written consent of the content owner.

4. User Conduct

By using the Service, you agree not to:

a. Engage in any conduct that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. b. Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity. c. Upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others. d. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, user accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the Service. e. Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service. f. Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GSD LLC or TechTree FZCO, or their affiliates, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service or any inability to use the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GSD LLC and TechTree FZCO, and their affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these Terms or any future Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, State of Virginia (US VA), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the US VA for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions, and its invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

12. Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms by GSD LLC or TechTree FZCO shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision, and any failure by GSD LLC or TechTree FZCO to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific features or areas of the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and GSD LLC or TechTree FZCO regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and, GSD LLC or TechTree FZCO relating to your use of the Service.

14. Returns

“NO RIGHT TO REFUND BEYOND 30 DAYS. Because You will start receiving Nexus content/education/services/memberships immediately, You understand and agree that You will have no right to receive any refund for any reason or at any time beyond 30 days from the time of purchase, even if You cancel a subscription. 

You further understand and agree that if You should fail or refuse to avail Yourself of any content/education/services/memberships, You shall not be entitled to any refund beyond 30 days. If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a return by the end of the 30th day, you are required to complete the remaining timely payments of your payment plan. 

In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, contact our support team at Info@TechTree.Education. You must submit your request and completed homework before 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time on the 30th day following your purchase, and show us you actually did the work by submitting ALL your homework. We will review it and attempt to help correct the issue. If we cannot help solve the issue, we’ll issue you a prompt FULL return. Furthermore, if it is clear that your homework is incomplete or that you did not implement the strategies taught in the courses/lessons, your return will be denied. 

*Note: If you just downloaded the training material (pdfs, audios, videos, and/or etc), or completed all the trainings, and then promptly asked for a return, we reserve the right to deny your return request, as this policy wasn’t designed to enable people to steal the training material.
